Military First Responder Vaccine Clinic

Registration for the event begins 3/12/2021 and will be accepted through our website ONLY. Registration will end on 4/30/2021 @ 5 p.m.

  • Registration does not guarantee vaccinations for your pet as they will be limited. We will respond to each message first come/first serve with confirmation of receipt with a PENDING appointment time for you to arrive at our hospital.

    As COVID regulations are swiftly changing, we will update you at least 2 weeks prior with the exact protocol/time for you and your pets to show up.

    Verification will be needed for proof of Military, Fire or Police service and vaccines will be limited to two pets per family.

    Identification will need to be verified prior to full application approval. Please check your email for further information after submission.

    Each family is limited to two pets for free vaccinations.
